Starting in the 1980s, Lounge music, a crossover genre mixing diverse styles like Jazz, Pop, Latin Music with notes of Blues and Soul, begins taking the Anglo-Saxon world by storm. Today Lounge music continues to incorporate new genres by adding electro and other urban sounds to the mix.
Shades of Blue’s Lounge playlist ranges from 80s hits to today’s top 40. We also partner with DJ Kamazy to offer a full Lounge package : live music followed by a DJ set for a stylishly cosmopolitan evening.
